The Middleby Marshall DZ33T-1 is an electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This countertop model features a 33" long cooking chamber and a 16" wide standard single belt, allowing for ample cooking space. The oven operates with an electronic control system, offering a time range of 1 to 60 minutes and a temperature range from 200°F to 900°F, making it suitable for a variety of cooking applications. Equipped with Menu Select® technology, the DZ33T-1 enables easy programming for consistent results. Its self-cleaning feature simplifies maintenance, while the durable stainless steel exterior ensures longevity and easy cleaning.
