Description
The Middleby Marshall DZ55-1 is an electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. Featuring a 55" long cooking chamber and an 18" wide standard single belt, this oven utilizes CTX® infrared technology for rapid cooking. The electronic control system allows for precise time settings ranging from 1:30 to 60 minutes, with a wide operating temperature range of 200°F to 900°F. Equipped with Menu Select® for easy programming, the DZ55-1 also includes self-cleaning capabilities for hassle-free maintenance. The oven comes with entrance and exit trays for seamless food handling and is built with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel chamber. It includes a stand, legs, and casters for mobility and stability. The unit is cETLus Listed, ETL-Sanitation certified, and CE compliant, operating at 60 Amps, 50/60 Hz, and 20,000 Watts.
