The Middleby Marshall PS3240E-1 is an electric impingement conveyor oven designed for high-efficiency cooking. Featuring a single deck with a 40-1/2" long cooking chamber and a 33-1/2" wide standard single belt, this oven ensures optimal heat distribution for consistent results. It is equipped with discrete digital temperature and speed controllers, allowing for precise adjustments within a 1:15-33 minute time range and an operating temperature range of 300°F to 600°F. The reversible conveyor direction enhances versatility, while the front loading window provides easy access and monitoring. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the oven includes a top, 15" legs, casters, and a base. Certified by cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE, it operates at 85 Amps, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, and delivers 27,000 Watts of power for efficient cooking performance.
