It is equipped with discrete digital temperature and speed controllers, enabling precise adjustments for optimal cooking results. The controllable bake/time conveyor speed ranges from 30 seconds to 12 1/2 minutes, with an operating temperature range of 200°F to 600°F, accommodating a variety of dishes. The reversible conveyor direction enhances flexibility in food preparation, while single-speed blower motors ensure even heat distribution. The oven includes 4" legs for stability, a 6 ft. nominal cord and plug for easy setup, gas hoses, and a 12" extension tray for added convenience.
