Description
The Middleby Marshall PS520E-3 is a high-performance electric conveyor oven designed for efficient countertop cooking. Featuring a triple deck configuration, it offers a 20" long cooking chamber and an 18" wide standard single belt for optimal food throughput. The oven is equipped with discrete digital temperature and speed controllers, allowing precise adjustments for consistent cooking results. With a controllable bake/time conveyor speed ranging from 30 seconds to 12 ½ minutes and an operating temperature range of 200°F to 600°F, this oven accommodates a variety of cooking needs. The reversible conveyor direction enhances versatility, while single-speed blower motors ensure even heat distribution. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and interior, the PS520E-3 is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes 4" legs for stability, a 6 ft. nominal cord and plug, gas hoses, and a 12" extension tray. Certified by cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE, this oven operates at 208 V, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase, 50 Amps, and delivers 8,300 Watts of power per unit.
