The two-speed fan ensures optimal air circulation for even cooking results. The oven chamber is constructed from durable porcelain enamel, while dual halogen lamps provide excellent visibility. Adjustable anti-skid stainless steel feet enhance stability, and the unit operates at 5.8kW. Certified by cETLus and NSF, this oven is ideal for commercial kitchens seeking efficiency and reliability.
