Description
The Moyer Diebel MD-66+ is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for commercial kitchens. With a width of 66 inches, it features a 44-inch single tank combined with a 22-inch prewash area, complete with a removable scrap basket for efficient cleaning. The perpetual rack advance system ensures a smooth operation, while the programmable machine dwell allows for customizable washing cycles. Equipped with a top-mounted advanced touchscreen display, the MD-66+ offers enhanced visual on-board diagnostics for easy monitoring and maintenance. Its automated de-lime function helps maintain optimal performance, using only .48 gallons of water per rack thanks to the energy sentinel idle pump shut-off feature. Capable of processing up to 209 racks per hour, this dishwasher is designed for high-volume use. The single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds ensure durability and ease of cleaning. With a 20-inch standard vertical clearance, it accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans and features a full 90° opening for easy loading and unloading. The leak-proof, insulated, hinged access doors enhance safety and efficiency. Additional features include automatic tank fill and drain, door safety switches, lower front and side enclosure panels, and extended vent cowls with 7-inch stacks and locking dampers. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, including the base and legs, the MD-66+ is built to last. It also includes electric tank heat, a 2 HP pre-wash and wash pump, a single-point machine and booster connection, and vent fan control. Certified by NSF and CULus, this dishwasher meets rigorous energy efficiency standards.
