The Moyer Diebel MDHHD-VL is a high-performance door-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 27" opening for trays, this ventless model utilizes advanced heat recovery technology to maintain optimal temperatures while minimizing energy consumption. With a capacity of 40 racks per hour, it ensures rapid and thorough cleaning. Equipped with a built-in stainless steel electric booster that provides a 70° rise for high-temperature sanitizing, the MDHHD-VL guarantees hygienic results. The auto start function streamlines operation, while the single point electrical connection simplifies installation. Safety is prioritized with a door interlock switch, and on-board service diagnostics facilitate maintenance. The Rinse Sentry feature ensures proper rinsing, and the auto-fill function maintains water levels automatically. Detergent and chemical connections are included for seamless integration. The dishwasher boasts interchangeable upper and lower spray arms for customizable cleaning, along with an automatic drain valve and vent fan control for enhanced efficiency. User-friendly bottom-mounted HMI controls and a mounted water pressure regulator (PRV) provide easy access and management. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the MDHHD-VL features electric tank heat and includes both peg and flat racks.
