The NEMCO 55925 ShrimpPro® 2000 Power Shrimp Cutter & Deveiner is an electric solution designed for high-efficiency shrimp processing. It features a feeder tray and comes with small, medium, and large depth rollers to accommodate various shrimp sizes. The unit includes lubricant and two 9-1/16" blade wrenches for easy maintenance. Capable of processing 4,000 to 6,000 shrimp per hour, it can cut, butterfly, or split shrimp while effectively removing the vein.
