Description
The NEMCO 6240 is a compact electric convection oven designed for countertop use, perfect for kitchens with limited space. This 1/4 size oven features manual controls and offers a versatile temperature range from 200°F to 500°F, allowing for precise cooking. It comes equipped with four 13" x 9" wire racks to maximize cooking capacity. The inspection door includes a recessed gasket for improved heat retention and efficiency. Constructed with a durable stainless steel cooking chamber and exterior, the NEMCO 6240 ensures longevity and easy cleaning. It operates at 1.7kW with a current of 14.2 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and compliance.
