Description
The Nor-Lake KLB741012-C is a modular, self-contained walk-in cooler designed for indoor use, maintaining a temperature of +35°F. This spacious unit measures 10' x 12' with a height of 7'-4", providing ample storage for perishable goods. Its floorless design allows for easy installation and customization. The interior and exterior are constructed from durable 26 gauge embossed coated steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear. The cooler features a self-closing door equipped with a locking deadbolt handle for enhanced security. Powered by a CPB100PC-S-0 R290 Capsule Pak Refrigeration system, it operates on a standard 115v/60/1-ph electrical supply, delivering efficient cooling performance.
What's Included:
Temperature NOTE: Coolers are built for a room temperature of +35 degrees, ambient air of 90 degrees, and condensing unit temperature of 100 degrees. Assumes no insulation under floor slab if fewer floor coolers are used.
Installation note: A certified electrician and a refrigeration specialist may be needed to handle all required electrical and refrigeration connections
Panel warranty: 15-year original equipment manufacturer's warranty
NOTE: Reach out to the manufacturer for delivery schedules on walk-ins sent to California, Washington, or Oregon, as these may need seismic reinforcements
