Description
The Norpole NP1R-PT is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any commercial kitchen. This one-section unit offers a spacious 13.8 cu. ft. of storage, featuring a solid door and six included 1/3 pans for optimal ingredient organization. Equipped with an LED digital temperature display, it ensures precise temperature monitoring for food safety. The interior includes a PVC coated adjustable shelf, allowing for customizable storage options. A durable 3/4" thick cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. Mobility is enhanced with heavy-duty caster wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, along with an aluminum back panel, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system features a side-mounted compressor and utilizes environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/5 HP motor. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.64 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
