The Norpole NP2R-PT is a two-section refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any commercial kitchen. With a spacious 16 cu. ft. capacity, it features two solid doors for easy access and includes nine 1/3 pans for optimal ingredient organization. The LED digital temperature display ensures precise monitoring of internal conditions, while two PVC coated adjustable shelves provide customizable storage options. The 3/4" thick cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. Heavy-duty caster wheels allow for easy mobility, making it simple to reposition as needed. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, along with an aluminum back panel, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system with a side-mounted compressor utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates at 1/5 HP, ensuring efficient cooling.
