It includes twelve 1/3 pans, allowing for optimal ingredient organization and quick assembly of pizzas. Equipped with an LED digital temperature display, the NP3R-PT ensures precise temperature monitoring for food safety. The interior features three PVC-coated adjustable shelves, providing flexibility for various storage needs. A durable 3/4" thick cutting board offers ample workspace for pizza preparation. Mobility is enhanced with heavy-duty caster wheels, making it easy to reposition the unit as needed. The stainless steel exterior and interior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the aluminum back panel adds to its robust construction. The self-contained refrigeration system with a side-mounted compressor utilizes R290 refrigerant for efficient cooling, powered by a 1/4+ HP motor.
