Description
The Oscartek CLASSIC CG2000 is a premium gelato and ice cream display case designed for optimal visibility and functionality. Measuring 78 inches in length, this self-contained unit accommodates up to 22 four-liter pans or 16 five-liter pans, making it ideal for showcasing a variety of frozen treats. The curved tilt-back tempered glass provides an elegant view while ensuring easy access for serving. Equipped with electronic controls and diffused LED lighting at 3000°K, the display enhances product appeal while maintaining energy efficiency. The plexiglass rear sliding doors facilitate smooth operation, and the stainless steel worktop offers a durable surface for serving. Constructed with a stainless steel body and a tubular painted galvanized chassis, the unit is built for longevity and ease of maintenance. The high polish epoxy A304 stainless steel interior ensures hygiene and easy cleaning, while the air-cooled condensing unit maintains optimal temperatures for your frozen products. The tempered front and side glass features a single pane with anti-fog serigraph, enhancing visibility and presentation. This versatile unit operates on 208-220v/60hz with a power consumption of 9.0 amps and meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards.
