With a generous 46" length, it features a wet bain marie hot well that maintains an operating temperature of 177°F (80°C), ensuring your hot food items remain at the perfect serving temperature. The double pane lift-up front glass and double pane side glass ends provide excellent visibility while keeping the heat contained. Equipped with a heat lamp for additional warmth, this floor model also includes plexiglass sliding doors for easy access. The case ships standard unfinished, allowing for customization to fit your establishment's aesthetic. It operates on a 208-220v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 2.5 amps for the heat lamp and 11.6 amps for the bain marie.
