Description
The Oscartek LA CROSSE CBM1650 is a premium heated deli display case designed for optimal food presentation and temperature maintenance. Measuring 66 inches in length, this floor model features a wet bain marie hot well that ensures your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature of 177°F (80°C). The double pane lift-up front glass and double pane side glass ends provide excellent visibility while maintaining heat, allowing customers to easily view your offerings. Equipped with a heat lamp for additional warmth, the case includes plexiglass sliding doors for convenient access. The unit ships standard unfinished, allowing for customization to fit your establishment's aesthetic. It operates on a 208-220v/60/1-ph electrical system, with a power draw of 3.5 amps for the heat lamp and 17.4 amps for the bain marie.
