Description
The Oscartek LA CROSSE CS1150 is a versatile heated deli display case designed for optimal food presentation and warmth. With a generous 46" length, it features a dry warm top that maintains an operating temperature of 177°F (80°C), ensuring your hot food items stay at the perfect serving temperature. The double pane lift-up front glass and double pane side glass ends provide excellent visibility while keeping the heat contained. Equipped with a heat lamp for additional warmth, this floor model also includes plexiglass sliding doors for easy access. The case ships standard unfinished, allowing for customization to fit your establishment's aesthetic. It operates on a dual voltage system: 208-220v/60/1-ph at 2.5 amps for the heat lamp and 120v/60/1-ph at 6.7 amps for the hot plate, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
