It accommodates two stainless steel cylindrical containers, each with dimensions of Ø 7 1/2" - 9 3/4"H and a capacity of approximately 7 liters, making it ideal for showcasing a variety of flavors. The air-cooled condensing unit operates quietly and effectively, utilizing static refrigeration with an embedded coil and thermostatic valve for precise temperature control. Built to withstand demanding environments, the POZZETTI/BPGL P2 is classified as climate class 4, suitable for ambient temperatures up to 86°F with 55% relative humidity. The exterior features a durable AISI304 stainless steel finish, while the interior is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Additional features include adjustable stainless steel scotch brite feet for stability, a gray steel frame support, and a user-friendly digital control panel.
