The Oscartek PROVINO I CC2800 is a premium refrigerated deli display case designed for showcasing cheese and charcuterie. With a generous 111" length, it features solid sides and four triple-pane glass doors that provide excellent visibility while maintaining optimal temperature. The robust steel load-bearing structure ensures durability and stability. Equipped with 3000°K LED lighting and a dimmer switch, this display case enhances product presentation while allowing for customizable brightness. The touch control panel offers easy operation, while the ventilated cooling system ensures consistent temperature throughout the unit. Interior vertical shelf support in stainless steel allows for flexible arrangement, and the adjustable stainless steel shelves (four included per door) can be modified in height to accommodate various product sizes. The case also includes adjustable feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. Designed for efficiency, the PROVINO I features programmed automatic electric defrost and a self-contained condensate evaporator pan. It meets CE and ETL Sanitation standards, as well as cETLus certification, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
