Constructed with a robust 14-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge front, the Piper 3-CM is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The removable end panels facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. A louvered panel enhances airflow, while the undershelf offers additional storage space. The fan-cooled condensing unit is equipped with a valve pressure control switch for optimal performance. The unit is mounted on 5" diameter swivel plates, two of which feature brakes for stability.
