This elite 500 cold food unit features an iced cooling system, accommodating six 12" x 20" pans for ample food storage. The enclosed well ensures food stays fresh and at the ideal temperature. It includes a 1" drain with a shut-off valve for easy maintenance and cleaning. The robust construction features a 14-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge front and end panels, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear. The unit is equipped with a sturdy undershelf for additional storage and 5" diameter swivel plates, two of which have brakes for stability and ease of movement.
