The Piper 6-CM is a premium cold food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. This elite 500 cold food unit features a mechanically cooled system with a capacity for six 12" x 20" pans, ensuring ample space for your culinary creations. The enclosed well is equipped with standard sliding doors for easy access, while the on/off switch and pilot light provide convenient operation. Constructed with a robust 14-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge front, the unit is built to withstand heavy use. Removable end panels allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. The louvered panel enhances airflow, ensuring optimal cooling performance. The undershelf provides additional storage, while the fan-cooled condensing unit with a valve pressure control switch ensures consistent temperature regulation. The unit is equipped with 5" diameter swivel plates, two of which have brakes for stability. Powered by a reliable 1/3 hp compressor, the Piper 6-CM comes with an 8 ft electrical cord for flexible placement in your kitchen or serving area.
