The fryer is equipped with a boil-out capacity and a drain valve interlock switch for enhanced safety and convenience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful 22.0 kW output, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, meeting rigorous energy efficiency standards. It is also cULus, NSF, CE, and GS certified, ensuring compliance with industry safety and performance regulations.
