The fryer includes solid state controls for precise temperature management, a boil-out feature for easy cleaning, and a drain valve interlock for safety. The melt cycle allows for optimal oil usage, while the stainless steel tank and front and sides provide durability and easy maintenance. With a powerful 22.0kW output, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency. It meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
What's Included:
