The drain valve interlock ensures safe operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer is built to withstand heavy use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system enhances oil life and quality, contributing to cost savings. With a total power output of 110.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency. It meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
