The drain valve interlock ensures safe operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, it is built to withstand heavy use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system enhances oil life and quality. With a powerful 17.0kW output, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets UL, NSF, CE, and GS standards, ensuring reliability and efficiency in your cooking operations.
