This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features three 50 lb. oil capacity full tanks, allowing for substantial cooking capacity. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes a boil-out feature for easy maintenance. The drain valve interlock ensures safe operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer is built to withstand heavy use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system enhances oil life and quality, making it an ENERGY STAR® certified choice. With a total output of 51.0kW, the Pitco SE14S-3FD meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, ensuring reliability and safety in commercial kitchens.
What's Included:
