The drain valve interlock ensures safe operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the tank and exterior, it guarantees longevity and easy cleaning. The under-fryer drawer filtration system enhances oil life and quality. With a total output of 85.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, meeting high efficiency standards. It is also cULus, NSF, CE, and GS certified, ensuring compliance with industry safety and performance regulations.
What's Included:
