The Pitco SE14X-1FD is an electric floor model fryer designed for high-efficiency frying with a full pot capacity of 40-50 lbs of oil. This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features the innovative Solstice™ Solo Filter System, ensuring optimal oil filtration and extended oil life. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management along with a boil out and melt cycle for easy maintenance. The fryer includes a drain valve interlock for added safety and is constructed with durable stainless steel tanks, front, and sides for longevity. The under-fryer drawer filtration enhances convenience and cleanliness. With a powerful 14.0kW output, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets UL, NSF, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
What's Included:
General Warranty: A one-year parts and labor warranty is provided from the installation date, or up to 15 months from the production date with proper documentation, as standard.
