This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features five 50 lb. oil capacity full tanks, allowing for substantial cooking output. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes a boil out and melt cycle for optimal oil maintenance. The drain valve interlock enhances safety during operation, while the innovative drawer filtration system ensures clean oil for better food quality. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. With a total power output of 70.0 kW, it meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency. The fryer is certified by cULus, NSF, CE, and GS, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
What's Included:
