The Pitco SE14X is an electric floor model fryer designed for high-volume frying with a full frypot capacity of 40 to 50 lbs of oil. It features solid state controls for precise temperature management and includes a melt cycle for efficient oil handling. The fryer is equipped with a boil-out capacity for easy cleaning and a drain valve interlock switch for enhanced safety. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, it ensures longevity and ease of maintenance. With a powerful 14.0 kW heating element, the SE14X is ENERGY STAR® certified, meeting rigorous energy efficiency standards. It is also cULus, NSF, CE, and GS certified, ensuring compliance with industry safety and performance regulations.
