The drain valve interlock enhances safety during operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system promotes oil longevity and efficiency. With a total power output of 66.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance. It meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
What's Included:
