This multiple battery fryer features the Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System, equipped with a Solstice™ Filter Drawer System for efficient oil management. Each of the four tanks has a generous oil capacity of 70-90 lbs, ensuring ample frying space for large batches. The fryer is powered by high-efficiency solid state controls, offering precise temperature management and a boil-out feature for easy cleaning. Safety is prioritized with a drain valve interlock and a melt cycle function. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the tank and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. With a total output of 88.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an energy-efficient choice for commercial kitchens. It meets rigorous standards with cULus, NSF, CE, and GS certifications, ensuring reliability and safety in operation.
What's Included:
