The Pitco SE18S-2FD is an advanced electric fryer designed for high-volume frying needs. This multiple battery fryer features the innovative Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System, equipped with a Solstice™ Filter Drawer System for efficient oil management. Each of the two tanks has a generous oil capacity of 70-90 lbs, allowing for large batches of food. The fryer is built with solid state controls for precise temperature management and includes a boil-out feature for easy cleaning. Safety is prioritized with a drain valve interlock and a melt cycle function. Constructed from durable stainless steel, both the tank and exterior ensure longevity and ease of maintenance. With a total power output of 34.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an energy-efficient choice for commercial kitchens. It meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
