The Pitco SGM24 is a high-efficiency gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens, featuring a spacious 24"x24" frying area and a generous oil capacity of 140-150 lbs. This floor model fryer is equipped with solid state controls for precise temperature management and includes an auto melt cycle and boil out mode for easy maintenance. The matchless ignition system ensures reliable startup, while the marine front edge enhances durability and safety. With 9" legs for optimal height and a robust stainless steel construction for the tank, front, sides, and splash-back, the SGM24 is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It delivers a powerful output of 165,000 BTU and meets NSF, CE, and CSA Flame standards, making it a reliable choice for any busy kitchen. The fryer is also compatible with the FD-M filter drawer filtration system for added convenience.
