With a generous 14"x18" cooking area, this fryer accommodates a variety of menu items. The drain valve interlock enhances safety, and the matchless ignition system ensures reliable startup. The self-cleaning burner and downdraft protection contribute to a cleaner cooking environment. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, the Pitco SSH60-4FD is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system promotes oil longevity and efficiency. With a total output of 320,000 BTU, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
What's Included:
General Warranty: A one-year parts and labor warranty is provided from the installation date, or up to 15 months from the production date with proper documentation, as standard.
Regular baskets: Two oblong/twin-sized baskets, measuring 17-1/4" x 6-1/2" x 5-3/4" deep, with a front handle and regular mesh, come standard with models SSH60/60R and SE148/148R, and include two fryer batteries per fryer.
