The Pitco SSH60R Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model designed for high-capacity frying with a 50-60 lb oil capacity. It features a spacious 14"x18" cooking area, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with solid state controls, this fryer offers precise temperature management and includes a boil out and melt cycle for easy maintenance. The drain valve interlock enhances safety, while the matchless ignition ensures reliable startup. The self-cleaning burner and downdraft protection contribute to efficient operation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, it delivers a total output of 100,000 BTU. Certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE, the Pitco SSH60R is built for performance and reliability in any commercial setting.
What's Included:
General Warranty: A one-year parts and labor warranty is provided from the installation date, or up to 15 months from the production date with proper documentation, as standard.
Regular baskets: Two oblong/twin-sized baskets, measuring 17-1/4" x 6-1/2" x 5-3/4" deep, with a front handle and regular mesh, come standard with models SSH60/60R and SE148/148R, and include two fryer batteries per fryer.
