This floor model fryer boasts a generous 50-60 lb. oil capacity and an 18"x14" cooking area, making it ideal for high-volume frying. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes a boil-out feature for easy cleaning. The drain valve interlock enhances safety during operation, while the melt cycle ensures optimal oil usage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, this fryer is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system promotes oil longevity and efficiency. With a powerful output of 100,000 BTU, the SSH60W-1FD is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards, ensuring reliability and performance in any commercial setting.
What's Included:
General Warranty: A one-year parts and labor warranty is provided from the installation date, or up to 15 months from the production date with proper documentation, as standard.
Standard baskets: Two oblong/twin-sized baskets, dimensions 13-1/4" x 8-1/2" x 5-3/4" deep, with a front handle, made from regular mesh, included with models SSH60W/60WR and SE184/184R; each fryer battery comes with two baskets.
