With an 18"x14" cooking area, this fryer accommodates a variety of menu items. The drain valve interlock enhances safety, and the matchless ignition system ensures reliable start-up. The self-cleaning burner and downdraft protection contribute to a cleaner cooking environment. Constructed from durable stainless steel, both the tank and exterior are built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system promotes oil longevity and efficiency. With a total output of 200,000 BTU, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, meeting high standards for energy efficiency.
