Description
The Robot Coupe CL60B is a powerful floor model food processor designed for high-volume commercial use. This bulk E-Series processor features a vegetable prep attachment with a stainless steel bulk feed lead and external ejection, eliminating the need for a bowl. It includes a 3mm grating disc and a 3mm slicing disc, both designed for efficient food preparation. The unit comes with a two-disc rack for easy organization. With a robust 3 HP motor, the CL60B operates at two speeds: 425 RPM for low-speed tasks and 850 RPM for high-speed processing, ensuring versatility for various food types. The stainless steel base and stand provide durability and stability during operation. It operates on a 208/240v/60/3-ph power supply, drawing 5.8 amps, and is equipped with a NEMA L15-20P plug. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
