Description
The Robot Coupe CL60E is a powerful commercial floor model food processor designed for high-volume food preparation, capable of processing up to 3,970 lbs per hour. It features a vegetable prep attachment with a pusher feedhead and an auto restart function for seamless operation. The unit includes a 3mm grating disc and a 3mm slicing disc, both designed for precision and efficiency. Constructed with a durable stainless steel base and stand, the CL60E operates at two speeds (425 and 850 RPM) powered by a robust 3 HP motor. It is compatible with 208-240V/60/3-phase electrical systems and draws 6.5 amps. The processor is equipped with a NEMA L15-20P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
