The Robot Coupe MP450COMBI is a powerful hand immersion mixer designed for commercial use. Featuring an 18" stainless steel shaft and a 10" whisk attachment, it offers versatility for various mixing tasks. The removable stainless steel foot and blade ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. This mixer has a processing capacity of up to 100 liters, making it ideal for large batches. With variable speed settings ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 RPM for the mixer and 500 to 1,800 RPM for the whisk, it provides precise control for different mixing requirements. The 1.1 HP motor operates at 720 watts and is compatible with 120v/60/1-ph power supply. The "Easy plug" system features a detachable power cord for convenience. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards. Included with the mixer are a stainless steel wall support and a blade disassembly tool for added functionality.
