Each spit is powered by an individual motor for precise cooking control. The oven is equipped with tempered glass doors for easy monitoring and a drip pan with a convenient drain plug for effortless cleanup. A halogen lamp illuminates the interior, enhancing visibility while cooking. The LUX finish showcases a full-body black porcelain enamel with chrome or brass trim, providing an elegant touch to any kitchen. Operating at 12.85 kW and compatible with 208-230v/60/3-ph power, it requires 36 amps. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this rotisserie oven combines style and functionality for a superior cooking experience.
