The Rotisol USA GF975-8E-SS GrandFlame Rotisserie Oven is a high-performance electric floor model designed for commercial use. With a spacious width of 40-3/8 inches, it features eight stainless steel V-shaped spits, allowing for a capacity of 16 to 24 chickens at once. Each spit is powered by an individual motor, ensuring even cooking and optimal results. The oven is equipped with tempered glass doors for easy viewing and monitoring of your dishes. A convenient drip pan with a drain plug simplifies cleanup, while the integrated halogen lamp provides excellent illumination. The stainless steel finish, available with chrome or brass trim, adds a sleek look to any kitchen. Operating at 21.49 kW and compatible with 208-230V/60/3-phase power, it draws 61 amps. This oven is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
