The Rotisol USA GF975-8G-SS GrandFlame Rotisserie Oven is a high-performance gas floor model designed for commercial use. With a spacious width of 40-3/8 inches, it features eight stainless steel V-shaped spits, allowing for a capacity of 16 to 24 chickens at a time. Each spit is powered by an individual motor, ensuring even cooking and optimal results. The oven is equipped with tempered glass doors for easy monitoring and a drip pan with a convenient drain plug for effortless cleanup. A halogen lamp provides excellent visibility inside the oven. The stainless steel finish, complemented by chrome or brass trim, adds a sleek and professional look. With a powerful output of 82,000 BTU and energy efficiency at 0.39 kW, this oven operates on a 208-230v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 1.88 amps. It is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
