This unit can accommodate up to 24 chickens or one lamb, making it ideal for large gatherings or commercial use. The tempered K-glass lift-up doors provide easy access and visibility while cooking, ensuring perfect results every time. Its portable design allows for flexible placement, while the stainless steel construction with black porcelain enamel offers durability and a sleek appearance. Included is a choice between one set of eight revolving chicken baskets (SB.BAL) or one spit for larger items such as turkey, suckling pig, ham, or whole lamb (SB.GP). The drip pan conveniently doubles as a cutting board, enhancing functionality.
