The Salvajor 300-CA-18-ARSS-2-PP Disposer is engineered for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. Featuring an 18" cone assembly and a powerful 3 Hp motor, it ensures effective waste disposal. The automatic reversing ARSS-2 control enhances performance by preventing jams, while the user-friendly start/stop push button simplifies operation. This disposer is equipped with a pp-type control that includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch for optimal functionality. It comes with a fixed nozzle, a chrome-plated vacuum breaker, and a scrap ring for added convenience. With a 6-1/2" inlet diameter and a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen.
