The Salvajor 300-CA-MRSS-LD disposer is engineered for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. It features a powerful 3-HP motor that ensures effective waste disposal. The unit includes a cone assembly, with size options available to meet specific needs. Designed with a single support leg for stability, it also incorporates a manual reverse switch and a safety line disconnect for enhanced operational safety. The disposer is equipped with a rubber scrap ring to minimize noise and vibration during use. A chrome-plated vacuum breaker prevents backflow, while the solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle optimizes water usage. With a 6-1/2" inlet diameter, it accommodates a variety of waste types. The heat-treated aluminum alloy housing provides strength and resistance to corrosion, ensuring longevity in demanding environments.
