The Salvajor 500-CA-12-WSP Disposer is engineered for efficiency and sustainability, featuring a Water Saving Package that optimizes water usage. It is equipped with an operator sensor for hands-free operation, a powerful 5 Hp motor, and a 12" cone assembly for effective waste processing. The unit includes a start/stop push button, drain/flush/time delay functions, and automatic reversing capabilities to enhance performance. Designed with safety in mind, it incorporates a safety line disconnect ARSS-LD control, along with essential components such as a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control. The disposer has a 6-1/2" inlet diameter and is constructed from heat-treated aluminum alloy for durability. It features a single support leg for stability and meets UL and CE safety standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
